Schools chief: It's time to catch up

Monroe County students are getting new buses.

The decision was taken at a wide-ranging school board meeting Tuesday evening in Tavernier run by Vice Chairman Robin Smith-Martin. Chairman Ron Martin is out of the county on family business.
