Louis Santana Sr. 84 passed away Thursday, Nov. 21, 2013, in Ocala, Fla., surrounded by his family and friends. He was a lifelong resident of Key West and owner of Cut-Rite Upholstery for many years. He was well-known for his fine craftsmanship in the upholstery business, his love for the outdoors, fishing and horseback riding, and his dedication to Jehovah as one of Jehovah's Witnesses. He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Ida (Acosta) Santana; three children, Debra (Alex) Vichot of Ocala, Vickie (Peter) Long of Cherokee, N.C., Louis (Luana) Santana Jr. of Tampa, Fla.; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. A service was held Saturday, Nov. 23, 2013, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Ocala.
