Brown pelican slashings continue to baffle Florida Keys wildlife officials

Wildlife officials are not sure if a rash of injuries to the pouches of brown pelicans in the Lower Keys are wounds caused by eating fish carcasses thrown in the water by fishermen, or the work of a serial slasher.
