Painting boot camp for kids

Artist Rick Worth will teach his painting boot camp program to children ages 7-15 from 10 a.m. to noon Monday at The Studios of Key West, 600 White St.

Cost is $25 per child and the class is limited to 30.

All materials are included in the price.

"Worth provides skilled, patient, step-by-step instruction on the basics of color composition and mixing, using latex enamel that dries in time to bring their finished painting straight home to put on the fridge," according to a press release from The Studios.
