Program rids county of derelict structures
Five eyesores knocked down, including Caribbean Village at MM10

The Monroe County government has started to see results from a strict, no-nonsense policy dealing with unsafe structures.

Nearly a half-dozen structurally deficient buildings have been demolished in the past two years under the policy.
