Fishermen arrested in illegal sales case
More charges and suspects possible as investigation continues, says FWC

Undercover state wildlife officers have charged five Lower Keys fishermen with the illegal sale or purchase of lobsters following a sting.

Among those arrested Saturday were:

• Longtime Key West charter boat Capt. William Osgood Wickers, 41, of Big Coppitt Key, who faces charges of failure to have a commercial fishing license, buying or selling...
