Miguel Dalvin Corales was born in San Agustin, Puerto Rico on September 29,1926. His parents were Josefina Sepulveda and Jose S.Corales.

He came to Key West, Florida at the age of 20 years. He had two deceased sisters, Ana Garcia and Nereida Cruz Corales, and two decease brothers Anibal Corales and William Corales and three living sisters, Judith Rivera Corales, Carmen Elvia Gonzales and Sonia Gonzales. He has deceased former wives, Marina Vega and Mirta Perez Corales. He is survived by his present wife, Derling Gadea Corales. He had two sons and one daughter, Jose Miguel Corales, Lazaro Miguel Corales, and Patricia Ann Claro Corales, seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Miguel worked for Gas company on Catherine Street, Thompson Enterprises on Caroline St., Lindsley Lumber, on Truman Avenue, Cable Company, Western Union Telegraph Company, MV Cable Salvage Naval Air Station, Monsalvatge Stock Island, Relable Vending in Stock Island, Joaquin distributor in Miami, Florida Fernandez Distributor on Catherine Street. After that, he established his own business, Mike's Vending for 26 years and retired for health conditions.
