Old Town drainage work slated for summer

This summer, the city of Key West will begin throwing $4.2 million worth of construction at the island's flooding problems that leave some of its most famous streets suitable for kayaking post-rainstorm. "You're looking at a significant improvement over the capability we have today," city Utilities Manager Jay Gewin said during a community meeting Monday night at Old City Hall.
