In our most eloquent words we would like to announce our amazingly strong beautiful mother Dolores R. Eggers has lost her battle with cancer. Today we celebrate a women who overcame adversity and never let it get in her way. She was a strong unselfish, courageous and loving mother and wife.

She is survived by her husband William F. Eggers of Key West, two daughters Kymberly Bowling of Cincinnati and Tamatha Peeler and husband Robert D. Peeler of Cornelius, N.C. Many grandchildren Connor Duncan, Ryann Duncan, Dalys Peeler, Blake Peeler, Tommy Bowling, Logan Bowling and step grandchildren Justin Bowling and Jami Bowling and great grandchild Cali Fields.

She is preceded in death by her parents Leo Blank and Mary Blank and son Troy Eggers, and her oldest brother Don Blank. She is also survived by her siblings Leo (Barbara) Blank, Bill (Gloria) Blank, Mary (Bill) Sweeney, and Kathy Chapman. She was also loved by many extended family members and friends.

She spent many years working for Jake Sweeney Chevrolet and Subzero until she retired in 2008. From a favorite Jim Croche song, "If I could make days last forever, If I could make wishes come true, I'd save everyday like a treasure and then, Again I would spend them with you."

There will be no formal service. In lieu of flowers or donations we ask only for a fond remembrances and love. The Dean-Lopez Funeral Home is entrusted with all funeral arrangements.
