Sewer funds not in budget
Raschein: It's my No. 1 priority

Budget conferences between the state Senate and House of Representatives start next week, and $50 million in sewer funding for the Florida Keys is on the line.

Rep. Holly Raschein and Sen. Dwight Bullard, who represent the Keys, remained optimistic Thursday that the $50 million in sewer funding will be approved, despite the appropriation not being in the Senate's budget.
