Kent Engle of Key West passed away on April 14, 2014. Born September 24, 1963 in Topeka, Kan. Kent was the son of Robert and Wanda (Spicer) Engle. A 1982 graduate of Abilene High School, he set state records in track and field, which earned him a Hutchinson Community College scholarship.

Kent lived in Key West for the past 19 years working construction, laying tile and carpet. He was happiest with his two favorite girls, Tracey Ann McGuire and their beloved dog, Ginger Ann. His favorite days were spent with them on a boat at a sandbar. He enjoyed target shooting, was an avid motorcycle enthusiast, an avid drummer and loved dancing and listening to 80's Rock. He enjoyed his Tuesday night bocce league and all the people he met. We will all miss his big smile, gentle soul and great sense of humor.
