Island lacks regulations for mobile eateries
Food trucks remain open pending rules

In separate decisions this week, two food truck owners survived city code violations, as Key West remains without regulations governing the mobile eateries.

A special magistrate who runs the code enforcement hearings Wednesday dismissed the city's case against White Street Station, the food truck at the corner of Truman Avenue and White Street owned by Michael Wilson.
