Charles J. Waite Jr. passed away on Sunday, April 20, 2014 in Miami, Fla., as a result of injuries sustained in an motorcycle accident. He was 52.

Born in Bristol and raised in Levittown, Penna., he had been a Florida resident for the past four years. Chuckie was a graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School, Class of 1980, and was employed as an Iron Worker with Local 401. He loved to ride his motorcycle and will be missed by his brothers. Chuckie enjoyed spending time at the Philadelphia Cigar Shop and Key West Cigar Shop, with all his friends.

Son of the late Charles J. Sr. and Rachel (White) Waite, he will be sadly missed by his brother, Michael Waite and his wife, Tina, and their children, Brian and Meghan Waite; his sister, Sherry Sulzbach and her husband, Robert, and their children, Michael Worthington and Dakota Sulzbach; and his great-niece, Gloriana Sulzbach. He is also survived by his grandmother, Mildred White; daughter, Tara Burpee; and his best friends, John Long and his son, Johnny, and Barb Seaman; along with many other relatives and friends.

Relatives and friends are invited to pay their respects from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m. on Saturday, May 10 at Tattoos and Scars Saloon, 512 Greene St., Key West.
