A waterfront community with potential
County approves hotel at boat barn location

The recent push to redevelop Stock Island continues, as a new hotel has been approved by the Monroe County government.

The Monroe County Planning Commission, approved a plan last week to tear down a boat barn at Key West Harbour Yacht Club off Maloney Avenue and redevelop the land into a 74-unit hotel. The hotel will have a roof-top pool and bar, marina CEO Jon Finstrom said...
