City's drug test policy unconstitutional
"It felt dirty - like the city was assuming I had done something wrong," plaintiff says

The city of Key West's drug testing policy for job applicants is unconstitutional, a federal judge ruled Friday.

Karen Cabanas Voss sued the city last summer over a 2012 decision to rescind a job offer only because she refused to submit its required urinalysis drug screen that is done after someone is picked for the job.
