Lowering speed limits in Old Town would improve safety

It would appear after reading Monday's article ("City gets crash course in safety") regarding how unsafe it is to drive, ride a bike or walk in Key West that a big part of this problem could be solved by simply changing the speed limit in the crowded areas of town.
