It would appear after reading Monday's article ("City gets crash course in safety") regarding how unsafe it is to drive, ride a bike or walk in Key West that a big part of this problem could be solved by simply changing the speed limit in the crowded areas of town.

We rank No. 8 out 94 small cities for speed-related crashes resulting in deaths or injuries, so it would seem...
