FWC eyes Socas' traps

When authorities arrested three members of the Soca family on Stock Island amid accusations of dealing cocaine, hundreds, maybe a thousand or more, lobster traps were left in the ocean.

Juan Soca Sr., 63, his namesake son, Juan Soca Jr., 42, and Junior's cousin, 38-year-old Jose Soca, all pleaded not guilty in April to federal cocaine trafficking charges.
