70th anniversary of D-Day deserved to be noticed

Between 1941 and 1945 Key West, just like every other small town in the United States, sent teenagers to defend freedom, liberate horrifying Nazi concentration camps and to end the conflict that left much of Western Europe in physical and economic ruin.
