Panel to review 2011 Taser case
Murphy, 30, remains hospitalized with brain injury

Three years after a Key West police officer's Taser sent him to the ground, Matthew Shaun Murphy remains confined to a Miami hospital bed with a traumatic brain injury.

"The doctors say they've done everything they can do," his mother, Lynne Murphy, said Monday from the family home in Barbersville, W.V., where she has taught third grade for almost 30 years.
