Review board launches Taser probe
Chief opposes internal investigation of officer's conduct

The Citizen Review Board on Monday night launched an investigation into the 2011 arrest of Matthew Murphy, who remains in a coma with a brain injury suffered after he was stunned with a Taser device by a Key West police officer.
