That's one way to 'anchor' your sailboat

I was driving over the 7-Mile Bridge the other day and noticed something peculiar up ahead. There appeared to be a large pole sticking up off the railing angling in towards the traffic (in my lane, of course). As I got closer I realized a sailboat was firmly pinned against the bridge by the strong incoming perigee moon tide.
