4 arrested in drug raid; heroin seized

GRASSY KEY -- A man was in the process of "shooting up" heroin when Monroe County Sheriff's Office detectives raided a home that turned up 21 grams of the drug in 45 bags, according to a press release.

Robert Moir, 40, of 58080 Overseas Highway, was charged with trafficking in heroin, distribution of heroin, possession of cocaine and drug paraphernalia.
