KEY WEST
Search continues for diver

Two Miami-based cutters and aircraft continued their search Thursday for a 24-year-old Noah Cullen of Islamorada who went missing Monday while freediving off Key Largo.

Coast Guard Sector Miami has taken over the search and Sector Key West is no longer taking part due as ocean currents would have likely pushed Cullen into Miami's area of responsibility, officials said Thursday.

Meanwhile, four persons in the water at Toms Harbor Cut Bridge near Hawk's Cay near Mile Marker 60 were rescued by Station Marathon crews at 7 p.m. Wednesday, said Lt. Peter Bermont. All were uninjured.
