Protection plan put in place
Scrub-hairstreak and leafwing butterflies helped

A plan to list the Bartram's scrub-hairstreak and Florida leafwing butterflies as endangered under the federal Endangered Species Act will not shut down the spraying for mosquitoes on Big Pine Key.
