The State Attorney's Office on Friday issued an arrest warrant for Cristal Coleman, managing member of Cristal Clear Rentals LLC, charging her with an organized scheme to defraud and theft of sales tax. Coleman, 34, now a Melbourne, Fla., resident, will have bond set at $150,0000. She was the longtime girlfriend of former Cay Clubs CEO Dave Clark. The status of their relationship was unclear Friday.

Cristal Clear Rentals was a property management company that arranged short- and long-term vacation rentals. Deposits were supposed to be put into an escrow account until rental terms were completed, then distributed to the renters, homeowners and Cristal Clear agents who were owed a commission.
