State commits $1.6 million to Vandenberg reef project

The Florida Governor's Office of Tourism, Trade and Economic Development on Monday issued a letter to Key West Mayor Morgan McPherson saying the state has allocated $1.6 million from the Economic Development Transportation Fund for the $8.3 million Vandenberg artificial reef project.
