The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission will address a series of issues directly impacting Keys commercial fishermen, recreational anglers and tropical fish collectors when it meets Wednesday and Thursday in Key West. The commission will decide whether to re-implement the trap reduction program, adopt new rules and limits for tropical fish collectors and adopt a seasonal closure for grouper fishing.
