Arrestee wants FWC to pay him $5 million

KEY WEST — A 50-year-old Marathon man with an arrest history dating to 2001 is asking a federal judge to force the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission to pay him $5 million for the loss of his boats, according to court records. 

Ernesto Urbay Torna was arrested on Oct. 16 by the FWC for misdemeanor abandonment of a vessel.
