Key West faces Segway ban challenge

An Orlando man is challenging Key West's ban on Segway vehicles, claiming it is discriminatory and that they are needed to help disabled people.

Al Danley, who operates a Segway rental business in Orlando, argues the electric, two-wheeled personal transporters are necessary to give handicapped people access to some places.
