Defensive end and running back for the Key West High School football team, Michel Adrian Ghaderi-Sohi, is in the middle of a great and memorable season. As a senior this year, Sohi has accumulated about 450 rushing yards and 6 touchdowns on 60 carries. Sohi was born Aug. 25, 1992, in Dallas, Texas, and moved to Key West his sophomore year. He quickly became admired not just for his talent, but for the leadership contributions and the pride he showed for his new school. Sohi continues his athletic efforts on the track through the spring. "I worked with him over the summer and he has really done well during the football season, despite an injury," said track coach David Perkins. Revealing one of Sohi's hidden talents, Perkins adds, "He's the only sprinter I've ever had who likes to sew and is really good at it." Nicknamed by his mother "All Day," the initials A.D. represent his intensity on the field.
