Carl Wilson Dean passed away Monday, Nov. 16, 2009, at his home.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 21, 2009, at the Frederick Douglass Gymnasium.

Castillo & Thurston's Key West Mortuary and Cremation Center is in charge of all arrangements.
