On Friday 11-23-12 My Dear Sister, Sylvia Matcovich Tynes(Ronald) passed away. She is in Heaven with her Heavenly Father, daughter Kim Witmore (Dale); sons Kevin Russell, Christopher Russell (Melissa), Ronald Tynes Jr. (Jackie) and Christopher Tynes; mother Florence Dillon Matcovich; sister Joanne Matcovich Bishop(Jesse) and seven grandchildren.
