From 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. Sunday through Wednesday night, incoming traffic on the Overseas Highway into Key West will be detoured onto South Roosevelt Boulevard, to Flagler Avenue, to Kennedy Drive and back to North Roosevelt Boulevard to accommodate paving operations. Outbound traffic will not be affected.
The traffic pattern switch is still scheduled for Tuesday. The current two-lane inbound, one-lane outbound traffic will continue but will be shifted to the "water" side from the entrance to Key West from U.S. 1 to the Salt Run Channel bridge.
In addition, 14th Street will be closed from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday from North Roosevelt Boulevard to the western-most entrance of Searstown for underground work. Local traffic will have access to 14th Street from Northside Drive.
