District never paid 100% of administrators' insurance

The banner headline, "Schools end free health coverage," in Monday's edition of the Key West Citizen was false. Since no one enjoys free health coverage, we cannot end what no one receives.

But the more important factual correction to make is in the subhead, "Administrators won't get the 100% paid insurance they were promised." Administrators were never promised 100 percent...
