Peary Court zoning on agenda

City commissioners Tuesday evening will consider a minor piece of the puzzle that Key West's Peary Court housing site has become; a step that could bring private development closer.

The matter before them will be a proposed change to the city's comprehensive land-use plan to allow zoning consistent with multiple dwelling units.

Whole deal corrupt.

I believe that, by law, the Navy was obligated to offer the Peary Court property to the City of Key West prior to selling it to any private entity.

That never occurred.

In other words, the developer believes that all of the deliveries have been made and their zoning changes will now be approved.
