New city manager sees hands-on role

The man in the black shirt, seated to the left of City Attorney Shawn Smith, watched and listened intently as Key West city commissioners discussed details of an ordinance they were rescinding at an unusual daytime meeting held at Greene Street's Old City Hall last week.
