Lobstering ordinance should be more specific

Get off my wall! Now that we are beyond lobster mini-season and the opening of the regular season, it is time for Monroe County to readdress its lobstering ordinance.

The mini-season was not bad in my neighborhood, but the first five days of the regular season brought hordes of ignorant divers to my residentia...
