NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 2, 2019, and entered in Case No. 19-CA-000121-M, of the Circuit Court of the 16th Judicial Circuit in and for MONROE County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff and HENRY YANIZ JR.; ESPERANZA YANIZ; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. KEVIN MADOK, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash AT THE FRONT DOOR OF THE MONROE COUNTY COURTHOUSE, LESTER BUILDING, at 500 WHITEHEAD STREET, KEY WEST in MONROE County, FLORIDA 33040, at 11:00 A.M., on the _3_ day of December, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

THE SOUTHERLY 1/2 OF LOT 44, IN BLOCK 11, OF KEY COLONY BEACH, FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, AT PAGE 11, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
