NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE
BY CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, Kevin Madok, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Monroe County, Florida, will, on the 24th day of January, 2019, at 11 o’clock a.m., at 500 Whitehead Street Monroe County, in the City of Key West , Florida, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for CASH the Following described property situated in Monroe County, Florida, to wit:
A parcel of land described as “BEACH AREA and ACCESS CANAL” located in Section 18, Township 66 South, Range 30 East, No Name Key, Monroe County, Florida described by metes and bounds as follows: BEGIN at the Northwest corner of Lot 8 of Dolphin Estates as recorded in Plat Book 7, at Page 26 of the Public Records of Monroe County, Florida and thence East along the North line of said Lot 79.39 feet to a point; thence North 20 feet to a point; thence East 100 feet to a point; thence South 20 feet to a point; thence 75 feet to a point on a Boat Basin; thence North 34 feet to a point on the South side of the access canal; thence Northeasterly along said Canal 426 feet to a point on the East line of said Plat projected North; thence North 100 feet more or less, to a point on the Mean High Water Line of the Bay of Florida; thence meander the said line Northwesterly 690 feet, more or less to a point bearing North of the Point of Beginning; thence South 175 feet, more or less, to the Point of Beginning.
