Sellers; Pamela L. Sellers; United States of America, Small Business Administration; and Unknown Tenants/Owners are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, 530 Whitehead Street, Key West, FL 33040, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 30th day of April, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
